These terms govern your use of the House of Grosvenor website (houseofgrosvenor.com) and any purchases made through our Payhip storefront. By using the site or purchasing a book, you accept these terms.
About us
House of Grosvenor is the publishing imprint behind the books written by Anne Grosvenor. We are based in the United Kingdom and may be contacted at any time at letters@houseofgrosvenor.com.
What we sell
We sell digital books in PDF format, written by Anne Grosvenor. The First Notes is a free magnet offered in exchange for your email address. The Honest Reckoning, The Habits That Keep, Across Generations, and The Grosvenor Library bundle are paid digital downloads.
The books contain principles, observations, and personal experience on the subject of household wealth and habits. They are not regulated financial advice. For specific guidance about your own circumstances, please consult a qualified financial adviser.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. EU customers pay VAT at the rate of their country of residence, calculated and remitted by Payhip on our behalf as marketplace facilitator. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal at the point of purchase.
Delivery
Books are delivered as PDF downloads, accessible immediately on confirmation of payment. You will also receive an email receipt with a copy of the download link, which remains valid for re-download for one year from the date of purchase.
Refunds
We offer a refund within fourteen days of purchase, for any reason, with no questions asked. To request one, write to letters@houseofgrosvenor.com from the email address you purchased with. Refunds are processed within five working days. For the full refund policy, see our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
All books, essays, and content on this site are the copyright of Anne Grosvenor and House of Grosvenor. You are welcome to read, print for personal use, and quote briefly with attribution. You may not redistribute, resell, or upload the books to any other site. If you would like to share a book with a friend, please send them to houseofgrosvenor.com to obtain their own copy.
Limitation of liability
The books are offered in good faith and based on the author's experience. We make no warranties about the financial outcomes you may experience from applying any of the ideas contained within. You apply them at your own discretion.
To the extent permitted by English law, our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this site or our books is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
